No matter what time of year you are reading this, today’s vibrant Malibu wedding with shades of red and pink flowers will have you craving the warmer weather. This fiery and energetic color palette set the tone for this outdoor wedding. I can’t wait to share all of the details from this dream Malibu wedding with shades of red and pink flowers with you. Let’s take a look!
For this vibrant Malibu Wedding with shades of pink and red flowers I used a variety of classic blooms to create all of the floral designs for this day. You will be able to spot garden roses, peonies, ranunculus, sweet peas, and (of course) fresh greenery throughout this wedding. I focused on creating lush and romantic designs that allowed all of those dreamy tones to pop.
Shades of orange rounded out the pink and red colors on this wedding day. Sticking to 3-5 different colors makes planning a cohesive design that much easier. The bridesmaids all wore different silhouettes but selected dresses in shades of orange. I created identical bouquets to accessorize their looks. Regardless of the shade of orange or style of dress, their bouquets complimented each look flawlessly.
For additional members of the wedding party, they are accessorized with modern boutonnieres and even a fresh flower crown!
The stunning bride wore a traditional white wedding dress and carried a lush bouquet featuring all of the red, pink, and even orange colors within the blooms. Use your bouquet or boutonniere to add more color to your wedding look! Didn’t the talented photographer, Sam Rae do a fantastic job capturing this event? One of my favorite photos from this day is the bride enveloped by all of the bouquets. I hope to see more “floral frames” like this in the future! What a fun way to maximize the florals during photography.

A modern and minimal arch marked the ceremony location. I added a greenery forward floral design to the top of the metal arch. Then, delicate blooms within the red and pink color palette of the day tied this look together. The organic shape of the floral pieces balanced the structured arch to perfection. If you gravitate towards different design styles, you might be surprised how well these actually go together! Let the evidence speak for itself.
Onto the reception! Bold floral displays from the ceremony framed the sweetheart table. For the guest tables, simple vases of monochromatic florals did just the trick. The goal for this floral suite was to highlight the natural beauty of the location and the venue. When the couple brought the bridal bouquet along for photos, this goal continued to be displayed. Look how beautiful the bright bouquet is against the calming Malibu backdrop!
I hope you enjoyed this wedding as much as I did! If you loved this post, check out this contemporary and colorful Malibu Wedding next.
